Can I order by telephone?
Because we deliver free CDs to counseling organizations we maintain our costs low by receiving online orders. We’d be happy to answer all your questions with our contact form before you order.

Our staff of volunteers are usually available 24/7 and can get an answer to you with a 24 hour period.

Can I order over a secure internet connection?
Yes. Our shopping cart is protected by 128-bit encryption to secure every purchase.

Can I order if I’m outside the U.S.?
Yes. To download our MP3 files you will need a high-speed connecion. Each download should take approximately 3 - 5 minutes.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item that you like, click on “Add to Cart”. The item will stay in your shopping cart until you’re ready to check out. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you like.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click on the “View Cart” icon and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Click the box marked “remove” next to the item that you no longer want. Click “update cart” and the item will be removed. You can easily add it back to the shopping cart at a later time.

Will the items in my shopping cart be saved if I have to leave the site?
Yes! Next time you come back to our site, simply click on the "View Cart" icon and all your items will still be in your cart!

Do I have to have a credit card or a debit card?
No, our Paypal system allows you to use an easy eCheck process which gives the option to use a check with our online process.

Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. In order to use a debit card, it needs to have a Visa or Mastercard logo. It cannot be ATM-based or require a P.I.N. to activate it.

Do I need to have a Paypal account?
No, our secure account with Paypal allows you the benefit of an express checkout.

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately digital downloads cannot be returned and therefore cannot be refunded.
