How do I use the audio programs?
All programs are designed to be used on a daily basis. Usage depends on individual lifestyle and prefrence, however for best results consistency and repetition are key. Listen to each program at least once a day for 30 days.

All programs except our Ocean subliminals and Subliminal Boosters are designed to be used during a time when you can relax and close your eyes. Our guided programs will put you in a very relaxed state of mind to maximize your brain's learing power. You'll learn faster and more effectively. You'll enjoy the experience immensely.

Our subliminal programs offer the same affirmations as in our guided prorgams only stripped of it's relaxation techniques. They are perfect for almost any activity. The powerful messages and affirmations will help you improve life without slowing down.


Can I use more than one program at once?
Yes. You may listen to multiple programs at once, one today and another tomorrow, or one in the morning and another at night. Remember, consistency is the key, so listen to the at least for 30 days consequetively.
